Halo 3 ODST locked doors?

is there a way to unlock all locked doors at night and how?Is there anything new to discover like more missions?

The only thing you can unlock after beating the game is more supply caches, you gain access to these by finding more audio files. There are four achievements that directly co-relate to the files as well.
