Halo 3 ODST multiplayer?

If I got Halo 3 ODST would I be able to play against someone that has Halo 3 and if so would I get all of the extra downloadable maps

Yes it comes with a Mythic Disk it gives you all DLC and halo 3 online and forge and theater just not campain but odst has a firefight onlie as well
