halo 3 odst upcoming?

i was wonder for halo 3 odst coming september 22.i was wondering if it comes with all the halo 3 maps or just the second part of the mystic?

2nd disc has multiplayer and all of that. It has most of the Halo 3 maps, and some new maps I think.
