Halo 3 off days?

Anyone else ever just have off and on days? I sometimes can do so bad (-8 ratios) and then other days have +10 average a game. What do find helps to maximize the amount of on days you have???

you should try specific strategies in specific levels like ambush or grenade and run, let them follow and then kill or go for sword first or you best weapon?

I think almost everone does.

I myself have a great ration sometimes (about +7) when I'm playing with my friends, then sometimes I absolutely suck (a score of -3 while the winner had 25). It's mostly sucking. I guess I don't really have an off day, I'm just lucky to have an "on day".

The point is, ya, you'll have those days where you can't "get in the zone" and that's normal. Just think, tomorrow you could go in and play a perfect game for all you know. It's based on who you're playing too.
