Halo 3 online map help?

I got the Herioc and Legendary map pack, but when i go to play any ranked match or big team social it flashes below you do not have the necessary maps. How can i get into these matches. Please help 10 points for best answer.

Go to your Xbox 360 dashboard-System Blade-Memory and see if it says you have the maps on your Hard Drive. If you do, try deleting them, re-downloading the maps (You won't have to pay if you already downloaded them), and restarting your Xbox. If you don't have them on there, then go to their download page under Halo 3 and make sure it shows a check mark next to the map packs. If it doesn't and the Microsoft points you had are gone, then call 1-800-4-MY-XBOX. If it does show the check marks, re-download the maps and restart your Xbox.
