After the Forerunner Didact activated the Halo array, who repopulated the Human race on Earth if they were placed on the Arc and the said alien race was wiped out by the seven ring installations? I know that Mendicant Bias's betrayal destroyed any chances of Forerunner fleeing to shield worlds, so who took the humans back to Earth?
