what do i do after i pick up the skull i found one of the skulls now what

Once you pick it up and drop it you automatically get the cheat from that skull. You can look in your skull menu to see what you got. Make sure you save before you quit the game or else you'll lose it.

go to custom game, then options and i think you can turn it on from there. you need to be in the customs games menu before you start the campaign and go to the options. the effect wont start until you've activated it
