okay so i have halo 3
And how do i play multiplayer
what is matchmaking,forge
and other stuff
and how do i play ranked matches thank you

Nevermind Poy hes just mad cause I own him online plug your ethernet cord from the back of the xbox into the back of your router. Once you do this, go to matchmaking on the main screen of H3 and then it will create a new online game and have fun.

forge is to custom make your own map

Matchmaking is for xbox live. Just go into it and you should be able to change it to ranked matches and stuff like that. Forge is where you can edit the maps, even while you are playing.
