To unlock the EVA “Body”, you will need to complete “Tsavo Highway” in Campaign mode on either Normal, Heroic, or Legendary.
To unlock the EVA “Shoulders”, you need to complete “The Ark” in Campaign mode on either Normal, Heroic, or Legendary.
To unlock the EVA “Helmet”, you will need to complete the Campaign on either Normal, Heroic, or Legendary.
You can knock this whole set out in one run by simply finishing the game in Normal, Heroic, or Legendary difficulty mode.

You don't have to complete the campaign while online. It saves to your gamer-tag. You also won't lose any of your achievements.
Since you get your armor through completing the campaign and getting the achievement for it, LIVE would recognize that you got that achievement so it would know that you unlocked that armor.

No. You have to do things like the Skulls you have to get in campain to get ninja armor and stuff. but The EVA. idk i think you have to do the skulls. :\ Uhh. I know someone who got it. during a competiton on Xbox live.
Head: Unlock the Campaign Complete: Normal achievement. This achievement will unlock if the Campaign is completed on Normal or a higher difficulty.
Shoulders: Unlock the Refuge achievement on Normal, Heroic, or Legendary difficulty.
Chest: Unlock The Road achievement on Normal, Heroic, or Legendary difficulty.
Those are for EVA stuff. s long as you hve the achievements when you get xbox live, everything should be unlocked
