Halo 3 question?

I'm trying to get the skull on the level "Sierra 117". I know exactly where it is, and I definitely don't have it yet. Everytime I go to get it (up on the balcony in the 2nd corner) it is not there. I've tried twice. What it going on?
I'm on normal... and I started from a checkpoint. Thanks a ton!

You need to get it on the Normal diffuculty or higher

are you on normal, legendary, or heroic? cause you gotaa be.

Its only there on normal or higher. and you can't start from a checkpoint either

How to find: In the area where you rescue Sarge, behind the prison cell is a large ledge. Got to the far right side and jump on the boxes, then onto the pipes to get up on the ledge, goto the far end of the ledge, turning two corners the skull is at the far end.

happened to me as well, I simply just offed my 360 and then tried again and it appeared, yes it's gotta be on normal or higher and it's in the very dark corner close to the gap leading to the plant and not towards the water area, just tap RB continuously and you should get it, don't go back for it again and again, play though the whole lv again
