how does the ranking system actually work out wheter you should go up a highest a skill because me and my friend played team doubles and he went up about 7 skill in about 5 games and i didnt move.

also whats the easiest way to get over kill

Loads of people have that problem, I think it's generally because you've got lots of EXP, so it takes much longer to level up. It also works out how good you are based on EXP, so if you've lost hardly any, then that will also slow your leveling.

For Overkill, it's best to talk to the other players in a Lonewolves game before it starts and ask them if they want to get the achievement as well, chances are they will want it too.
