"Skill" is your rank in a certain playlist.
Starts at 1 and goes to 50.

It is a ranked match if it is under the Ranked Playlist.
(Team Slayer, Team Doubles, Lone Wolves, Etc.)

You earn 1 "exp" if you win the match. (Team Slayer, Lone Wolves, Etc.)
or
Come in the top 3. (Only in Rumble Pit I think.)

For Double EXP you should try the Double XP Weekend playlist during the weekends.
