Halo 3 region trick?

Ive heard about a trick involving different regions in lone wolves to help get achievements. Can anyone explain what this is to me and how to do it? Also, will it erase my gamerscore and give me the cheater label?

I don't know the trick you speak of but if certain maps help you get achievements, then use them. but if you know theyre going to get your gamerscore back to 0 the its not worth it.
