Halo 3?? - seriously need help and advice...??

I really need some help or advice on how to get these following achievments:

two for one - double kill with one sparten laser shot
overkill - get 4 kills within 4 seconds of each other
steppin razor - triple kill

my friend says there all really easy but i think he's bragging just to sound "PRO" LoL but yeah if you HAVE ANY ADVICE PLEASE HELP THX
