Halo 3 skull trouble!!?

OK easy 10pts to who ever can help me.
1)I'm having trouble getting the Catch skull. I dont destroy anything(Wraiths, ghosts, etc) and the skull isnt spawning
2)How do you get the IWHBYD skull? whats the order of rings? Do you walk or jump through the rings? And where does the skull appear?

To get ANY skull, make sure that you start the level from the very beginning, if you start from a rally point, it won't be there.

I'll edit this answer in a bit about the 12th skull though. i have it written down.

Its on top of the little round building (catch skull)... make shore you do destroy( well just kill everyone inside...Yes it is possible...use the sniper) on the wraith and destroy the other vehicles, but dont get the check point. If the get the check point the skull will despawn... if that is a word. I put the warthog against the building jumped on top, threw a grenade, and used the blast to get a boost. make shore you are not on easy.. it will not apear...only on normal or above.
