Halo 3. Trade Accounts????????

Ok, i have a 43 account with about 310 exp and under 400 games played. i want to trade for at least a 45. i know that sounds weird, but a lot of people enjoy getting used accounts to 50 because it already has a decent amount of exp, and they could catch up with the exp by playing double exp weekend?
