The achievement says to get to the rank of luetenant in the new exp progression system. Do I have to do any certain thing when I get the achievement; what the hell is the new exp progression system? The reason I'm wondering is because my friend has the leutenant achievemnt but not that vidmaster achievement. Maybe he got leutenant way before vidmasters came out? ... RECON ARMOR!!!!!
