Halo 3 why do people avoid me for no reason ?

in halo 3 people avoid me for no reason whether i win or lose they just keep avoiding right now im at 90% avoiding what happens if i get to 100% avoid will i get banned? thx
if i leave a team slayer ranked games will i lose skill or 1 exp most people say they only lose 1 exp and their skill remains the same is that true?

I'm not sure why they are avoiding you, but Bungie reviews the reasons you were avoided and compares it to your record, so you shouldn't be banned.

You will lose 1 exp, and sometimes but not all the time you will lose a rank. I'm not sure when it does and doesn't happen, but its happened to me.

Some people dont like losing and all so most of the time if you did something to them or made them lose then they will avoid you and when you leave games you lose 1 EXP and leave a couple your rank will start going down

people are jealous because they aren't as good as you and if you get 100% you won't get banned unless you're somehow hacking or cheating.

if you leave then you will lose exp but if you do it too much you will eventually lose a skill..
