Halo 3, xbox live, pet peeves?

I can't stand playing with little kids, the british, guys without mics who play team games (I mean how can you communicate with your team and work together if you can't speak to them), spawn killers or guys who rap.

What are your pet peeves on halo 3 on xbox live

Team killing, people who think they can go beast mode, merc me, and try to insult me when they are only 5 yrs old.
I hate lag it sometimes cost me a match, along with team killing.
Spawn killing is in every game, never met some one who could rap anyone who tried got served by yours truly no that I rap I just know what to say when to say it and how to say it.
