Halo 3 Xbox LIVE problem Help?

I just switch my internet provider from Verizon to iO. I received a new modem and now I can barely connect to the Halo 3 matchmaking network. What could be wrong and what could I do to remedy this? Anyone help!
I can still download things, and play other online games like Call of Duty 4 with little to no problems

It has nothing to do with Halo 3 or XBOX Live. It's obvious it's an issue with your new ISP since you had no issues with your old provider. You need to call customer support at "iO".

it might be a problem with the speed of your connection. if it is not fast than you cant play online

try changing your network settings to open because iO is usualy a good connection. This worked for me
