Halo 3 Xbox Live theater problem?

On Halo 3 i try to access the theater part of it and it wont let me it keeps saying i don't have permission to use that stuff. I think that it has something to do parental controls but the my xbox wont let me turn off parental control...HELP!!

You shouldn't have turned on the Parental Controls in the First Place, and they wouldn't have anything to do with it, as your already playing a Mature Rated Game, try going into one lobby, and then switching over to the theater lobby, or if you have DLC then check your DLC and make sure you can use it, that is a big problem with my game, it wont load my DLC and then says i cant do certain stuff, like clips are deleated, or w.e just a bunch of glitches with that game, try that and hopefully it works.
