Halo on Ipod Touch OS 3.0?

Is there Halo for the Ipod Touch firmware 3.0?

I have heard of ihalo and halo4iphone but I don't think that either of them work on 3.0, only 2.x.

Do either work on ipod touch firmware 3.0?
