Halo Wars what do we think?

Having been an avid PS2 fan untill I relised how shit the PS3 was gonna be I turned to the XBOX and under the advice of athe man at GAME my parents boght me HALO3 which I had never been that crazy about having ignored the first 2 and not really understanding the hype, but I found the game adaquite (considering I dont have XBL) but I take a look in X360 Magazine and find Halo Wars actualy seems interesting.
Is it just being over hyped as a HALO title or will it stand up to reveiws and screen shots?
What are your thoughts?

It really depends if you enjoy strategic gameplay. Personally, I do not and I prefer action and such when playing a game.

I too have always been a fan of the Playstations Sony Have made & went out and brought a PS3, Then Recently swapped by 14 week old rottweiler for a XBOX 360, I Play Halo 3 for a stupid amount of hours and became addicted so have now sold my PS3 they have virtually same games anyway but the Xbox performs better although you do have to pay foe xbox live, I don't know if it is being over-hyped as a halo title or not, it looks as if it should be a command & conquer series but hey maybe it will work

Halo Wars is different from the halo series as it will be a strategy game. I won't be getting it as I am not into strategy games. I prefer games with tons of action.
