Having a halo 1 problem?

I just installed halo: on my computer. but when i click on it and load the multiplayer, it says i need to be an administrator to update the patch. But i am running as an administrator. HELP i want to play halo!

if ur uing windows 7 vista the right click run as adminestartor in xp right click properties check box run as....... and it might work if it doesnt work then go to the intallation folder and search for the file halo update click it and update it simple
