Help me please change my NAT to unstrict for halo 3?

right iv got my subjecct maks my ip iv got everything except my NAT to unstrict can someone please just give me a walkthrough on how to do this? iv been trying for hours, tried all the websites nothing is working so can someone pelase just tell me how to do it?
