Help on headlight+halos i bought on ebay new,1 by1 are dimming and not...

on this site i bought em bran new, and the first 2 days were working fine but now they dont want to power up, first they right side of the halos didnt turn on no more then one of the halos on the left side was dimming out and went out, why is this happening, help please

It's happening because you bought some overpriced, but worthless crap on eBay.
