help with halo 3 i just cant find?

ok my friends said that they can drive the Phantom (enemys boarding ship):

Yes those ships. anyways they said you can drive them as well with the banshee and the Hornet. i found those but i cant find the Pelican and the Phantom. they told me its in forge but im not shure if it depends on the map. so can u drive the phantom and the pelican? if so were is it located i cant find it and what map is it on? Thanks

They are not driveable vehichels in Halo3 right now. There is a possibility that it can be added as downloadable content in the future but, I highly doubt it. It would be nice if they were and they had mentioned it a while before it had released but, it never got added to the game.

You're friends are lying. You CANNOT drive the Phantom or Pelican.

You CAN drive the hornet. But can only access it in Forge. The two maps big enough that allow the hornet: Sandtrap and Vahalla. You have use the edit mode to create the hornet.
