Help with the steps to a halo 3 montage on youtube?

im not gonna do it now, but soon. just need the simple and basic steps.

It isn't super easy to do. First you'd need a way of recording the clips and getting them to your computer, generally a capture card. Dazzle is the most high-end and effective capture card. These usually determine the quality of the clips on youtube.

Then you'd need to put together and edit the clips into a montage with a video editing program. There are free ones that come with a computer, such as Windows Movie Maker and iMovie, but if you've got some extra money for the project, an editing tool like Sony Vegas will do a better job.
