I'm using a Windows XP PC (It's an old peice of crap, but she gets the job done), and when I play Halo PC all decals, bullet holes, and armor colors are disabled.(the armor colors are all gray) I managed to download some kind of graphics accelerator some time in the past, and it worked, there were armor colors, blood spatter, etc. I actually managed to find it twice, but usually around the next day it stops working. I don't even know what to look for.
