how can I view my halo 3 videos on my computer?

I have a few videos I made on Halo 3.
Sure, I can watch them just fine on the 360.. But how do I get them on my computer? How do I get them to a file that I could possibly put on such websites as youtube? That way I can show friends.

I've been to Bungie.com and am not quite sure if there is a way on that site. I've looked, it's just not coming up.
It sure would be rad if you told me what to do.

There is a peice for a 360 that connects you to your computer using via wireless that is about 60$ at radio shack
You can save the Halo 3 videos on your 360 and then transfer it using the peice
