how come on halo 3 i dont have security armor although i have 1000 gs?

On Halo 3 i have gotten 1000 gs(1155 to be exact) but i havent gotten the security helmet or katana,i have a mix of original and new achievements and i have gotten 44 achievements.If you know why please answer.
