How do i advace to a spartan officer in halo 3?

Hey...what do i need to do to advace to a spartan officer in halo 3...im level 98...like 6 highest skill level..and on the last mission of halo on heroic

"im level 98" what? Complete the game and play a few matches find what you are looking for on Gamefaqs.com they have the achievement list and how to get

you might have to play more on-line and get your highest skill up play rank matches it way better to become a higher rank you need higher than 6 to get to become a spartan officer im a colonel grade 3 iMmOrTaL 963 MY GAMER TAG FOR HALO 3
