How do I download the new Halo 3 trailer?

It only lets me watch in through media player, I can watch it in low res, but my connection isn't fast enough for hi res.

If your computer is to slow for hi res, I doubt it would be able to handle the size of one video, (actually it would but it would be very very slow). I suggest you go on youtube and watch the video. The trialer is cool with the graphics and all that, but it's very short. If all else fails, go to a friends house and watch it...
