how do i get halo 3 maps with out xboxlive?

Buy the Halo 3: Mythic Disk

I'm not sure how much all the map packs combined cost, but if you buy ODST then it includes a disk with all of them (plus 3 more I think) on it. Don't even need the Halo 3 disk to play online if you have that one.

Then its impossible. The XBox must be able to access the internet to download the maps.
