How do I get Recon Armor in Halo 3?

On halo 3 im not that great but i still want to find the most effective way to get recon without the glitch or mods. Any tips???

Buy halo 3 and halo: ODST that's how most people (such as I) got theirs.

If you can, complete all of the Vidmaster achievements in Halo 3 and Halo3 ODST (when it comes out), and you will find yourself in possession of the Recon Armor.
