The only way to get it is by bungie, it's very very rare, and less than 10 are out world wide.....And if you **** them off, they can take it away just as fast.


Watch the channel G4 and watch x-play and wait and see if they do a small add on by Mr.Sark, usually is halo competitions result in rcon armour is you win 1st.
