How do I get the rogue helmet in halo 3?

I tried to get the Spartan officer achievement and I am a lieutenant & I have the Spartan officer pin but no achievement what do I do?

You'll need to play a TON of online matchmade games to get this helmet.

You need to get the "Spartan Officer" achievment to unlock this piece. This achievment is earned by getting 50 experience points i na certain playlist AND a rank of Lieutenant on Xbox Live.
