How do I get the security shoulders on Halo 3?

I already have more than 800 achievement points on Halo 3 but I still don't have security shoulders. Is there anything else I have to do to obtain the shoulders?

its a glitched achievement, some people its anywhere from 700-900 Gp. the only thing you can do is keep getting achievements.

i forget exactly which achievmens you need, but just do a google searh for armor permutations halo 3 and there will be like 20000000000000000 links telling you how to get um.

You need 39 of 49 total achievements. IT is not gltiched its just people got different achievements with different values to get 39 total.
