How do I report Halo 3 bugs to bungie or microsoft (whomever I need to see it

in order to fix it)? I keep encountering a bug in the game's forge (map editor) and whenever I try to place fuel rod cannons on the maps, they show up in the forge normally, decreasing my budget, and taking up space, but when I go to custom games with my maps saved, the fuel rods don't spawn, I have this problem on with the fuel rod
The game itself is not defective, It was mad that way bungie just left out, or missed somthing, nothing an auto update won't fix but I'm not sure who to tell to get an update out

Take the game back to the shop and ask for a different disc.
