how do I unlock the locked sections of the mombasa streets map in halo 3 odst?

I am talking about the Red rectangles on ur visr map i beat the game on legendary and found all the audio logs and theyre still locked. i beat the game before i got the audio logs if that has anything 2 do with it.
the reason i didnt google(well actually i did) is because im not getting any answers when i do. im havin dat search overload problem Bing
