How do I upload a screenshot onto my Halo 3 profile at Bungie.net?

I have the screenshots and they're on my file share but they're not showing up on my profile.

go into theatre mode and open the game that has a good shot
then play it, when you find the part you want pause it then push B and go to the camera dealy

put it on your fileshare

to do this select>my shared folders>then add it

i think that when you take a picture it will automatically be sent to your account or you might also have to go to the theater or fileshare to do it
