how do you get security shoulders in halo 3?

i heard that you needed 750 achievement points to get the security shoulders. i have 755 and i still dont have the shoulders. is there any specific achievements you need to do besides marathon man? (i already have that one) please help

There seems to be a few faults with the shoulders, Rumors say it
can be between 750-800 Achievement points, but i believe you also need another achievement.

It's between 750 points and 850 points, I have the shoulders and I have 880 points, so I don't know. I don't have Marathon Man, either.
