How do you get the flaming recon helmet in Halo 3?

I want to know because i have seen videos of bungie staff with them and I heard they are giving them out? Is there a way I can get one?

Yea i checked on bungie.net and they said that only the staff get those cool helmets and armor. But heard too that the people that did those crazy kills got some custom armor.
