How do you join session in progress on xbl when the session is not joinable

on halo 3? Basically my friend joined my session on forge in halo 3 while it was on invite only then i appeared offline and he still joined it. he wont tell me how to do it because he is very immature.

Anyone know would be much appreciated

I'm not very helpfull but, my friend done it to me and he sed it was because i had sent him a game invite earlier that day that hadn't expired??? did this help?

If he was your friend, you'd be cool letting him in. Heck, even being flat out and telling him you don't want anyone in, instead of all pulling this 'appear offline' junk.

If the game is set to Invite Only, it is literally an invite only. You must have set it to Open Party, or Friends Only. Check on that.

As for appearing offline, well, that doesn't work. He'll click on your profile, and see your shit is join able.
