How do you unlock IWHBYD skull with the new xbl download (Halo 1.2)?

i have unlocked the skull with Halo 1.0 and Halo 1.1, but when I recently downloaded the new xbl dashboard and tried on a new guy i created that did not have any skulls, it would not unlock with the 4,6,5,4,5,3,4. help please!
