How to become a halo 3 general?

Does anyone have some really really good tips/websites on how to be a beast at halo 3 if so tell me. Also include like recommended practice maps or weapons(like br or sniper but good with these) just some great tips to get me goin on my way to general.videos would help too (if good) thanx

you dont really need to practice but use the same wepon alot and try and do alot of team stwat to get good with a br um the lowest stats u need is 600xp and 50 skill so go for the skill first then go for the xp after cuz while getting skill u get xp as well good luck if wanna vs me add Xx3JesterExX
