How To Change Max Party Size In Halo 3?

Well, When I Was Sitting In The lobby someone changed the max party size to 9 (Instead of the usual 16) And I was just wondering how to change it. Please Help Me Out! Thanks! :p

You cant change the party size in Halo 3 if you could I wouldn't anyway because the game would be so laggy and not fun
