How to get a PRO symbol infront of your name in halo 3 instead of the seventh column?

The other day i was playing on halo 3 matchmaking and i saw this person called Louis Wu who had a PRO symbol instead of the seventh column on his matchmaking name. I have never seen this before and i was wondering if anyone else has and could tell me how to get it?
