get all the vid challenge achivements when halo 3 ODST comes out and the the vid challenge achievements on the ODST disk too and then you sign into your bungie.net account thats linked with your xbox live account and you will have it. ODST is not available until september 22ed though

or you could always resort to becomeing a bungie.net staff member
