how to install memory mods for "halo 1 demo"?

i want to know how to be able to install what i believe is a memory mod that kicks people from the game (when i am admin of server)

"Yummy's halo banning" is the thing i especially want to install

i also want to be able to install other memory mods if possible, but i have no idea how. please help
